a TRUCE...

i am calling a truce on myself and
it is long overdue.



 just recently i realized
that there really is nothing wrong with my body,
what is actually wrong lives in my head
and i have decided to wave a truce flag at myself,
daily.

care to join me?

SO!  here is a reminder to all of us,
TRUCE (on yourself),
and i mean it.

you are beautiful, just the way you are.
